Ageing is weird. Some days, I feel like the lyrics of “I am a disco dancer,” and the others, I feel as old as that song. It’s a journey.

But here’s something I’ve learnt—ageing isn’t about desperately clinging to your youth. It’s about working with your body (and maybe giving it a little nudge in the right direction). That’s where collagen comes in.
