Additional Tips for Better Balance:

• Snack Smart: Stick to fruits or lighter options if you know dinner will be indulgent
• Adjust Your Meals: If you expect a big lunch or dinner, keep your breakfast lighter to balance out your day.
• Exercise Balance: If you plan to eat more, add in 30 minutes of exercise or increase your daily steps to help counter the extra calories.

But hey, everyone gets snacky. Plus, a healthy treat for the Diwali party will definitely be the crowd’s favourite.
